If I am a volunteer
The Olympic Games will be held this year.I am so excited and I think the games will be interesting and also fascinating.But now,the important is,how should we do with the Olmpics if I am a volunteer?To solve the problem will be extremely difficult,because nowadays lots of people devote themselves to society and you can not hold an opportunity easily.So just try my best.
We can go to the English Corner to help them to send some DIY newspapers and go to the neighborhood to tell the stories or history about Olmpics to the people who are curious to learn.Also,we can go on the streets to find the problems such as putting away the trash anywhere,saying out the impolite words.That will be meaningful.I am sure that I will succeed.Believe it,do it!
Beijing is the capital of China with a long history.There are quite a lot of places of interest,such as the Great Wall,the Forbidden City,the Summer Palace and so on.As you know,Beijing lies in the north of China,so the winter here is long and it snows sometimes.Autumn is the best season to come to Beijing,because it’s cool.We also have lots of delicious foods in Beijing and Beijing Duck is the most famous one.I’m glad to say that Beijing will hold the 2008 Olympic Games.This will give us the chance to let the world know more about China and Beijing.Welcome to Beijing and I’m sure you’ll enjoy it.
Last Saturday I went to be a volunteer in the Children's Hospital. I worked in the hall of the hospital in the morning. I gave direction to the patients, told them where to go for each department. In the afternoon, I went to the Inpatient department. I sent many toys to the kids, sang and danced with them. I also told stories to them to give them encouragement. I know for those kids they were very upset and very lonely at hospital. Other than their parents, the doctors and nurses in the hospital, they'd like to see more people around them and talk to them. If you have time, please join me to be the volunteer at the hospital. Let's send your care and love to the people who need it.
上周六我去了儿童医院做志愿者. 早上我在大厅工作, 为病人指引去各个部门的路. 下午我去了住院部. 我带了很多的玩具给孩子们, 和他们一起唱歌跳舞. 我还讲故事给他们听来激励他们. 我知道住院的孩子们其实都有点难过, 并且很寂寞. 除了他们的爸爸妈妈, 医院的医生护士, 他们其实还愿意去见更多的人并跟他们讲话. 如果你有时间, 请加入我, 一起到医院做个志愿者. 把你的爱心和关心送给有需要的人们吧.选我吧
I would like to keep everyone imformed with our school's latest activities. As we all should know that our school had sent a representive party to visit the Primary School of Hope last Saturday. A friendship meeting had been held there. Our visiting party also helped to do some cleaning and hygenic works too. The Headmaster of the primary school told our party some stories about poor livings. A fund raising activity had been held in our school last Sunday, trying to raise money for the cause. So far we have been doing very well, quite a bit money had been donated since and there truly is hope in this world if everyone cares about others abnd does his part doing a tiny bit of charity. So, at the same time, I would like to ask everyone to support the cause and give what you can afford generously.
